About Regan Pennypacker

Regan Pennypacker is President of Ancorat Consulting. With 20 years of experience with government programs such as Medicare, Medicaid and Exchange, she refines compliance programs and operations using the most up-to-date industry guidance and best practices. Recent projects include operational assessments, compliance program builds, Part C and Part D audits, department restructure and design, and training engagements.

In addition to consulting, Regan speaks at a number of industry events on topics such as perspectives on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services program audit process, appeals and grievances operations, vendor oversight, and what it means to be a first-tier entity. Whether the group is large or small, she personalizes content, making it relatable and retainable for the audience.

As Senior Vice President of the Compliance Solutions practice for Gorman Health Group, she was responsible for overall division performance and the effective marketing and sales support of project work. The practice of compliance and operations professionals was responsible for directing the activities of multi-disciplinary engagements from CMS audit assistance to full-scale remediation.

She currently serves on the executive committee of the Board of Directors for Wood River Health Services, a private non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center and National Committee for Quality Assurance-recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home serving patients in southwestern Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut.

She holds a BA from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. Regan received Managed Healthcare Professional and Professional of Health Insurance Advanced Studies designations from America’s Health Insurance Plans and is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional.
